Refund & Return Policy

At VOSHURE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here for you.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Be in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by a purchase receipt or order confirmation.

Do not send items back without first contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Return Shipping Costs

The costs of returning items are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours after delivery via support@getvoshure.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without their original packaging or with missing parts not caused by us.
  • Gift cards (where applicable).

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You can return your order after delivery in accordance with this policy.
